Jednostavno i brzo, a opet ukusno, i po mogucnosti lijepo za oko, to je neka moja ideja kuvanja. Ova supa je nastala prosle subote, a sigurno je u nekoj varijanti vec bila na vasem stolu. Moja verzija bi bila ovakva...
Potrebno:
500 g sargarepe/mrkve
1 manja glavica luka
2 cena bijelog luka
150 g krompira
650 ml supe od povrca (vegetable stock)
1 kocka za supu od povrca
pa jos
500 g paskanata/pastrnjaka

maslinovo ulje
so i biber
A napraviti ovako:
U dvije odvojene serpe propziti isjeckani luk, po jedan u svakoj serpi. Kada luk postane staklast, dodati i isjeckani bijeli luk. Proprziti minut - dva pa u jednu serpu dodati sargarepu, a u drugu paskanat. Promijesati i sipati supu od povrca. Dodati isjecen krompir, sacekati da prokljuca, pa ubaciti kocku za supu, a onda smanjiti temperaturu, poklopiti i kuvati dok povrce ne postane meko. Rucnim 'stick' mikserom ispasirati povrce. Probati i dodati so i/ili biber po potrebi. Sa dvije sipace kasike sipati supu u tanjir u isto vrijeme. Prijatno.

2 1/2 cups of vegetable stock
1 cube vegetable bullion

olive oil
salt and pepper

And make like this:
In two separated pots sauté the chopped onion in olive oil (enough to evenly coat pot) until tender, add the garlic and sauté for a minute or two. Put carrots in one and parsnip in other pot, pour the stock over the vegetables, add potatoes and bring to boil. Add a cube of vegetable bullion and simmer with a lid on until veggies are tender. Puree soup with hand ‘stick’ mixer. Add salt and pepper to taste. To serve, at the same time gently pour two soups in the bowl.
